The Story |

Flower has moved out, trashing the house on her way out. He's falling

Lyrics:
I return home to an empty house
just me and my cat, no children or spouse
still she looms in the empty rooms
the solitary silence feels like a tomb
the place has been trashed, it's a hopeless mess
I better start cleaning it up I guess
with soap and water and sage and broom
Remove the debris, push away the gloom
and when my energy is nearing an end
I call on my priestess, sister, friend
I'm too weak to do this on my own
won't you please help purify my home
I am a priestess, a witch, a Wiccan
I hear your call and my footsteps quicken
my brother, my friend, I see you're stricken
there's energy here that can only sicken
brothers and sisters, family and friends
I'm a Texas twister, I’ll help you cleanse
Lord and Lady and four directions
pentacles on every door for protection
we'll drink some mead, we'll burn some sage
that's guaranteed to dispel hate and rage
you can cry on my shoulder, get it off your chest
and know you are loved and protected and blessed
since I've been back from my vacation
it's been all fear and isolation
but thanks to your kind ministration
I've reconnected with my elation
the service you have done for me
can not be purchased for any fee
you have restored my clarity
you have reminded me that I am free
